COLLABORATION

Hans Arnold

Hans Arnold was a sorcerer of his craft and a wizard with the pen. Born in Switzerland but relocated to Stockholm in the late 1940s, Arnold made a name for himself as a horror illustrator for magazines and weekly readers’ journals, his drawings characterized by surrealism, psychedelic influences, and heaps of dark humor. In 1975, he was — a little surprisingly — commissioned to create the cover art for ABBA's double album Greatest Hits. The band was at the height of its career, and Arnold became a household name. Today, Hans Arnold has gained an international cult following. The collection consists of styles for men and women, all graced by Arnold’s signature drawings in print.
